FESTO切換閥具有專用的仿真軟件包,因此從選型階段就可節省時間。選用帶保護套( IP 40/65 )的預裝配電纜或帶M8 接頭的電纜來連接閥島的多針分配器或輸出模塊,可大大縮短安裝時間。PRS氣路板上可安裝多達 10 個經過測試的預裝配閥。切換時間更短24 V DC時,無需“外部過激勵”切換時間小于 2 ms。幾毫秒之后,集成電路降低了功耗并確保100%的通電持續率。因此,可通過PLC的標準輸出( 24 V DC/1 A)進行簡單直接的控制。即使是連續使用和三班操作,其切換時間的誤差小于0.2 ms。適用于如對醫藥產品進行粘結或定量給料等應用場合。
